Welded beam is designed for the use in steel framework structures of residential, civil, farming and industrial buildings.

We manufacture welded beams of all standard shapes including large-size – from 100 to 150 meters – products, unequalled by those of hot-rolled steel beams, and beams of 60-90 meters length, whose production by iron and steel work plants was stopped quite a long time ago.

At JSC CSK you can purchase I-beams of Б, Ш, К standards fabricated from С255 (3сп) carbon steels and С345 (09Г2С) low-alloyed steels. Beams are manufactured by high-capacity line of automated flux-welding equipment.

Manufacture of welded beams is done with equipment that is capable of fabricating structural steel products of 3000 – 12000 mm length, 200 – 1500 mm height of web, 200 – 800 mm width of flange.

Our company is able to manufacture and produce beams not only with its own and standard designs, but also manufacture beams using client’s designs.

For manufacture of its products JSC Chelyabinskstalkonstruktsiya uses only certified steel grades and high-tech equipment.

During the hand-over of products, we provide quality certificates for all materials used for beams manufacture, including sheet products and general quality certificate.
